Out of date software is a risk
Old plugins are one of the most common ways WordPress sites get hacked. Updates are tested first, then applied promptly.
Backups only count if they restore
Daily backups are stored away from your site, and a full restore is handled for you at no extra cost.

Can you look after a site someone else built?
Yes. We check it over first. If anything needs fixing before it goes on the plan, such as out of date software or missing spam protection, we will tell you and quote for it separately.
Will my site go offline if I move hosting?
We plan every move so your site stays up. The switch itself happens at a quiet time, with a tested backup ready just in case.
What about my email?
We look at email separately so it stays reliable whatever happens to the website, and we will recommend what suits your business.
What if I want to leave?
Give one full month's notice. Your website is yours, and we will help hand it over cleanly.
